Students
Support that starts with the student
Ityhad gives students several ways to understand what they are experiencing, speak up, ask for support, and find useful resources when they need them.

Guided Check-in
A structured check-in helps students reflect on what has been happening and how it is affecting different parts of their life. The student then receives a result and explanation that can guide the next step.

Testimony Reporting
Students can report situations they witnessed through a structured flow that captures who was involved, what happened, and the surrounding context. The wider workflow also supports responses from students named as affected before school follow-up continues.

Direct Support & SOS
Students who already know they want support can use a direct pathway instead of completing a check-in first. SOS requests are treated as priority support requests, while the student still chooses and confirms the available support route.

Mental Health Professional Discovery
Students can explore mental health professional profiles using search, categories, city and rating filters, and map-based discovery where available. Profiles provide professional and practical information to help students understand their options before requesting support.
Support Request Tracking
When a student requests support from a mental health professional, they can follow the request state, including pending, accepted, refused, or expired, and choose another professional when needed.
Learning Center
Students can browse educational articles, explore content by category, search and filter articles, save useful resources, and react to what they read.
Organizations & Support Contacts
Ityhad includes a directory of organizations and support contacts so students can explore options beyond their school or mental health professional, including contact details and relevant filters.
Notifications & Follow-up
Notifications help students continue what they started by surfacing testimony actions, assessment follow-up, support-request changes, conversations, and appointment-related updates.
