1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms govern access to the Ityhad website, mobile application, student services, school and therapist portals, parent-approval pages, and related features.
The Services are operated by Ityhad Solutions, trading as “Ityhad.”
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you use Ityhad for a school, organization, or professional practice, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Separate commercial agreements may apply to school licenses, therapist licenses, subscriptions, orders, or professional services. Those agreements take priority for the matters they specifically cover.
2. Purpose of Ityhad
Ityhad provides tools intended to:
- Help prevent and respond to school bullying;
- Allow students to submit reports and support requests;
- Provide wellbeing screening and general guidance;
- Connect students with authorized school representatives and therapists;
- Facilitate secure communications;
- Facilitate appointment proposals and parent approval;
- Provide educational articles, contacts, and resources;
- Help schools manage authorized accounts;
- Help therapists manage professional profiles, communications, articles, requests, and appointments.
Features may vary by account role, school, license, location, device, or application version.
3. Students and minors
Students may use Ityhad only through an account authorized by a participating school, organization, parent, or other legally authorized person.
Where required, a parent, guardian, school, or authorized representative must approve a minor’s use of the Services.
Schools and administrators are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority and permissions needed to:
- Create student accounts;
- Provide student records;
- Invite students and staff;
- Permit students to access the Services;
- Respond to reports and support requests.
Students must follow these Terms and applicable school rules.
4. Accounts and security
You must:
- Provide accurate information;
- Use only your assigned account;
- Keep login credentials confidential;
- Not allow another person to impersonate you;
- Keep profile information reasonably current;
- Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not access another user’s account or an organization to which you do not belong.
We may require identity verification, session revocation, a password change, or an application update to protect users and the Services.
5. Wellbeing and medical disclaimer
The Ityhad questionnaire is a wellbeing-screening and support-guidance tool.
It is not:
- A medical or psychological diagnosis;
- A clinical examination;
- A replacement for a qualified professional;
- A guarantee that a particular support option is suitable;
- A substitute for a school’s safeguarding process.
Screening results and suggested actions should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, safety, or disciplinary decisions.
Users should consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding health or wellbeing concerns.
6. Emergency disclaimer
Ityhad is not an emergency-response service.
Messages, reports, support requests, or notifications may not be received or reviewed immediately. The availability of a therapist or school representative is not guaranteed.
If you or another person is in immediate danger or at risk of serious harm:
- Contact the appropriate local emergency service;
- Contact a trusted adult, parent, guardian, school representative, or qualified professional immediately;
- Do not rely only on Ityhad or an in-app message.
7. Therapists and professional services
Ityhad helps users discover therapists, communicate with them, and arrange appointments.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, therapists are responsible for their own:
- Professional advice and conduct;
- Qualifications and licenses;
- Assessments and services;
- Availability;
- Confidentiality obligations;
- Appointment arrangements;
- Professional fees.
Viewing a therapist profile or sending a request does not necessarily create a therapist-client or healthcare relationship.
Ityhad does not guarantee the suitability, availability, response time, or outcome of any therapist or professional service.
Users should confirm appointment details, location, availability, fees, and emergency arrangements directly with the therapist.
8. Bullying reports and testimonies
Users may report something they experienced, witnessed, or reasonably believe occurred.
Reports must be made honestly and in good faith. Users do not need to be certain of every detail, but they must not knowingly:
- Submit a false accusation;
- Fabricate evidence;
- Impersonate another person;
- Use reporting tools to harass or retaliate;
- Repeatedly submit malicious or abusive reports.
Ityhad may validate reports, request confirmation, share reports with authorized personnel, preserve records needed for safeguarding, and restrict accounts that abuse reporting tools.
The reporting interface may use a generated alias. This hides the reporter’s identity from ordinary recipient views but does not make the report technically anonymous from Ityhad.
Users must not attempt to identify, expose, threaten, or retaliate against a reporter, victim, witness, or other participant.
9. Support requests and confidentiality
When a user selects a therapist, school representative, parent, relative, or trusted person, the user asks Ityhad to share information reasonably necessary to route and manage the support request.
Depending on the selected workflow:
- A therapist may receive relevant screening context;
- A school representative may receive a support request;
- A parent or relative may receive a limited message;
- A parent may receive an appointment link;
- A parent may be notified after therapist communication begins;
- Authorized personnel may receive safety-related notifications.
Ityhad aims to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary, but confidentiality is not absolute.
Information may be disclosed when authorized by the user, required to operate the selected support flow, legally required, or reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm.
10. Messages and appointments
Messaging may be available between students, therapists, and authorized school administrators.
You must not use messaging to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or intimidate;
- Send spam;
- Share unlawful or harmful content;
- Disclose another person’s confidential information without authority;
- Circumvent a block or closed conversation;
- Arrange illegal or unsafe activity.
Messages may be retained and reviewed when necessary for safety, abuse investigations, technical assistance, or legal compliance.
Appointment proposals and reminders are convenience tools. Students, parents, and therapists remain responsible for verifying final appointment details.
Parent and appointment links are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized people.
11. User Content
“User Content” includes messages, reports, feedback, application documents, profile information, articles, images, appointment notes, and other material submitted through Ityhad.
You retain the rights you legally hold in your User Content.
You give Ityhad a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, moderate, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services;
- Deliver content to intended recipients;
- Process reports, support, and administrative workflows;
- Secure the Services;
- Investigate abuse;
- Comply with law;
- Enforce these Terms.
You confirm that you have the authority to submit the content and that it does not unlawfully violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
12. Content moderation
Ityhad may use automated safety tools and human review to identify harmful, inappropriate, illegal, misleading, or unsafe content.
Content may be rejected, restricted, removed, preserved for investigation, or referred for review.
Automated moderation can make mistakes. Moderation does not mean that Ityhad has reviewed or endorsed every message, article, profile, report, or resource.
13. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Ityhad unlawfully or to harm another person;
- Bully, harass, threaten, stalk, or discriminate;
- Submit deliberately false reports;
- Impersonate another person;
- Access accounts or organizations without authorization;
- Attempt to identify a pseudonymous reporter;
- Share private appointment or support links;
- Collect user information without authorization;
- Upload malware or harmful code;
- Bypass security controls;
- Interfere with service availability;
- Reverse engineer the Services except where law permits;
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Services;
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Use student data for advertising, solicitation, or unrelated purposes.
14. School and organization responsibilities
Participating schools and organizations are responsible for:
- Providing student information lawfully;
- Obtaining required permissions;
- Assigning accounts and roles correctly;
- Keeping roster information accurate;
- Restricting access to authorized personnel;
- Training staff who access sensitive information;
- Responding appropriately to reports and support requests;
- Removing access when a user is no longer authorized;
- Maintaining their own safeguarding and emergency procedures;
- Complying with applicable education, employment, safeguarding, and privacy requirements.
Ityhad does not replace a school’s safeguarding, disciplinary, emergency, or legal responsibilities.
15. Applications and licenses
Schools and therapists may need an approved application or active license to access certain features.
Applicants must provide accurate information and authentic documents.
Ityhad may:
- Verify an application;
- Request additional information;
- Reject an incomplete or inaccurate application;
- Suspend activation;
- Limit the number of organization seats;
- Restrict access when a license expires;
- Revoke access where false documents or information were provided.
Fees, renewals, payment obligations, refunds, taxes, and commercial service levels are governed by the applicable proposal, order, invoice, or separate agreement.
16. Intellectual property
The Services—including software, branding, interfaces, graphics, databases, and Ityhad-created content—are owned by or licensed to Ityhad.
Authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended educational, support, professional, or administrative purpose.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of User Content to Ityhad.
17. Third-party services
Ityhad depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, maps, communications, notifications, application distribution, and content moderation.
Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Ityhad is not responsible for services accessed independently, including external websites, telephone networks, application stores, in-person appointments, or physical therapist offices.
Map locations and directions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.
18. Availability and updates
We aim to keep Ityhad available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may:
- Add, change, or remove features;
- Perform maintenance;
- Require an application update;
- Restrict insecure or outdated versions;
- Change integrations or service providers;
- Temporarily limit access for security or operational reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to avoid unnecessary disruption to active support workflows.
19. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access because of:
- A violation of these Terms;
- Fraud, harassment, or abuse;
- Unauthorized access;
- A security or safety risk;
- An expired organization license;
- A lawful school or organization instruction;
- A legal requirement.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
A student account-deletion request remains pending until processed by the authorized organization administrator.
After closure, certain records may remain where necessary for safeguarding, legal compliance, professional obligations, security, or record integrity.
20. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Services are provided on an “as available” basis;
- Educational resources are general information;
- Screening results are not medical diagnoses;
- Ityhad does not guarantee a safety, disciplinary, therapeutic, or educational outcome;
- Ityhad does not guarantee that a therapist, school, parent, or other recipient will respond within a particular period;
- Ityhad is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by users or third parties;
- Ityhad does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party maps, links, or resources.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ityhad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability resulting from fraud or intentional misconduct.
Any commercial liability arrangements for a school, organization, or therapist may be specified in a separate agreement.
22. Privacy
Ityhad’s collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
If you submit information about another person, you must have an appropriate and lawful reason to do so.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, technology, business practices, or law.
Updated Terms will display a revised date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, application, email, or account notice.
We may ask users to accept revised Terms before continuing to use the Services.
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Ityhad agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting the other party.
Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent Moroccan courts, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
25. General provisions
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
Ityhad may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful merger, reorganization, financing, or business transfer.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written commercial agreement form the agreement governing use of the Services.
